He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Eleanor Davis of Medina daughters, Amy Davis of St. He was predeceased by his parents two daughters, Denise Davis-Withey and Jennifer Davis-Lonnen sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley (Stuart) Peters and Carol (Vincent) Meli and sister-in-law, Joyce Monell. Lowell loved staying in Canada at the Inn at the Seventh Lock, watching the ships on the Welland Canal, and spent several summers visiting museums and forts in various states. He enjoyed watching wrestling, football, Nascar, and March Madness playing euchre and Trivial Pursuit with his family, and various games on his tablet. Lowell was an avid reader, especially history. The couple raised four daughters together. On August 4, 1962, he married the former Eleanor M. He also volunteered as a Medina Mustang Band Booster. Lowell was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Medina, where he served as president and other board positions. Finally he was employed at Harrison Radiator, General Motors in Lockport, retiring in 1999 with 30 years of service. After the service, he was employed at Firestone, Medina, Rochester Products, and Abex. Navy, Petty Officer Third Class, from 1957 to 1961, mostly overseas duty serving 2 years in Italy. Lowell graduated in 1957 from Medina High School. He was born in Medina, on January 5, 1939, to Emmett and Emma (Bacon) Davis. Davis, of Medina, NY passed away on July 23, 2023, at the Martin-Linsin Residence, after a courageous battle with diabetes and prostate cancer. Regardless of the challenges she faced, Christine always maintained a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Her unrelenting spirit was an inspiration to all who knew her and was also recognized by her healthcare providers, with whom she formed strong friendships throughout the course of her illness. Christine began her battle with cancer in 2011, and throughout that entire time she fought bravely and tirelessly. She had great compassion for animals and pets, and especially loved her goldendoodles, “Whiskey” and the late “DaleE”, who was such a comfort to her at the onset of her illness. She loved taking vacations with family and always took it upon herself to organize itineraries for each trip. Her hobbies included dancing, ice skating, and travel. ![]() ![]() As a Senior Court Clerk, Christine served many Judges throughout her career, most recently Hon. For 22 years, Christine worked for the NYS Unified Court System at the Dutchess County Courthouse in Poughkeepsie. She was born in the Bronx on Jand graduated from Carmel High School in 1994. Christine Lee Chadwick, a resident of Fishkill since 1998, formerly of Stormville and Yonkers, passed away following a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. ![]()
